A few secrets to stop being so hungry!

Unprocessed foods taste totally different from industrialized foods. They have a very high nutritional value and are essential to life, but they also interact with each other, but also in synergy with our cells and our various organic functions.

We know that processed foods containing additives are devoid of nutritional value and that they no longer allow the body to emit and hear the various physiological signals that control essential functions, such as hunger or the feeling of satiety, sensations that are absolutely necessary to avoid physiological drift. This is the case of fructose, for example, which inhibits the sensation of satiety by reducing brain sensitivity to leptin and inhibiting its synthesis.

Leptin is one of the most potent regulators of hunger mechanisms and it is currently speculated that leptin resistance may be one of the most important factors in the development of human disease. Indeed, it plays a primary and significant role in the development of heart disease, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, autoimmune diseases, reproductive disorders, and probably in the aging process. Fructose also increases insulin levels, which interferes with communication between leptin and the hypothalamus. Thus, the signals of pleasure are not perceived and the brain continues to make your body believe that you are permanently starving.

Glucose suppresses ghrelin, also known as the "hunger hormone", and this makes you want more food.

It is therefore understandable that the ingestion of a food containing both fructose and glucose will only lead to the desire to eat more and more. To maintain good health, the ideal would be to ingest less than 25 grams per day, which is practically impossible if you eat a lot of industrially processed foods.
