How to use SANOGEM GC18 ORGANIC
- Take the drops on an empty stomach, outside of meals, pure or diluted in spring water or honey. For best results, take them directly on the tongue and wait a few seconds before swallowing.- Adults: as a preventive measure: 5 to 10 drops per day, in the morning, on an empty stomach.
- Adults: as an attack dose: 10 drops 3 times a day for a few days.
- Babies: 1 to 3 drops per day in the bottle or via the mother who breastfeeds.
- Children up to 13 years: 3 to 8 drops per day. Start with 3 drops and increase by one drop each day until a stable result is obtained.
- Can also be used externally.
