How to use Salade de Mer - bio - Arche
- Wash in a colander under running water,
- Soak in water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and cook for a few minutes in fresh water (do not use the soaking water for this).

- Store in a dry place, away from light.
- Seaweed is naturally rich in iodine. Excessive iodine intake can lead to thyroid function disorders. The German Society for Nutrition therefore recommends an average daily intake of less than 0.2 mg iodine. The maximum daily intake is therefore around 1g = 1 tablespoon of seaweed.
