Gemmotherapy : Glycerine macerates in my pharmacy

Herbal medicine is vast and incredibly effective when one decides to move to natural and holistic care, thus taking into consideration the individual as a whole. The branches of phyto are numerous but all equally effective when used wisely. Indeed, an herbal tea will not have the same therapeutic potential as an essential oil, a hydrolat or a mother tincture. Each herbal supplement has its own healing abilities and using them at the right time is also part of successful healing.

Gemmotherapy

We don't talk about it very much, but gemmotherapy is a branch of phytotherapy called phyto-embryotherapy. Bud medicine is still very little known and yet it has all the therapeutic properties the body needs, namely the plant's totum and therefore all the active concentrates we need to put our self-regenerative capacity into action. The word "gemmotherapy" comes from the Latin "gemmae" which means "precious stone" and again "bud".
Are the buds of our plants precious stones for our health? I can see that.

Gemmotherapy uses fresh plants extracted at 3 levels:

- With a water type solvent for water soluble principles such as mineral salts or water soluble vitamins.

- Thanks to a solvent of alcohol type for the principles known as alcoholic like certain acids or alkaloids (To date, certain laboratories propose compounds without alcohol thanks to a technique of evaporation, for the most sensitive of us).

- Thanks to a glycerine type solvent for the lipidic principles.

So, a glycerine macerate is a concentrated therapeutic solution obtained by maceration of fresh plants from buds prepared in a complex composed of 1/3 water, 1/3 glycerine and 1/3 alcohol.

Obviously, gemmotherapy is a very complex branch that acts deep within our cells while balancing our energetic and vibratory system. It is therefore a complete and global therapeutic method for a support towards health and well-being.

My Gemmotherapy Pharmacy

In short, some buds that are interesting to have at home...

- I use Blackcurrant because it is the most complete bud that will act primarily on joint, allergic and inflammatory problems. In addition, the blackcurrant bud potentiates all other buds in a treatment.

- I use Fig Tree because it is the most suitable bud for digestive concerns related to stress and anxiety.

- I use Raspberry to regulate my hormonal cycle. It will be quickly adopted by all women from puberty to menopause.

- I use Juniper for its diuretic and detoxifying action. In addition, it allows me to regulate my blood sugar.

- I use Chestnut Tree for my venous and lymphatic circulation.

- I use Elm to treat my skin problems.

- I use Walnut because it restores my gut flora but also to help the nasal mucous membranes when I get a bad cold.

- I use Rosemary for its antioxidant action, its liver protection but also for the vitality it transmits to me.

- I use Pectin Fir for growing children.

- I use Linden Tree to promote sleep and falling asleep.

Today, you will find in parapharmacy, organic stores or herbalist shops complexes adapted to specific needs. These mixtures have been studied by laboratories according to the affinities between the plants and the results are very effective.

If you have any doubts about the use of gemmotherapy, do not hesitate to consult your natural health therapist who will be able to guide you while advising you on certain complexes or certain units according to your needs at the time.
