How to get rid of heavy metals?

If you have eaten fish, have or ever had metal amalgams (fillings) in your mouth, or have been vaccinated, it is likely that you have heavy metals in your body.

These substances remain trapped in the tissues for life if they are not removed. It is important to detoxify, as these toxic particles can cause serious health problems.

Whether one is for or against the principle of vaccination, one cannot deny the obvious: vaccine adjuvants and preservatives are toxic!

Among the ingredients in vaccines, some are present only in trace amounts (adjuvants and preservatives) and substances used in the manufacturing process, including vaccine production media that are present only in trace amounts, including: sucrose, fructose, dextrose, potassium phosphate, hydrochloride, hydroxide, phosphate, hydroxyphosphate and aluminum sulfate, colorants, fetal bovine serum (calf), sodium bicarbonate, monosodium glutamate, benzenium chloride, lactose, potassium sulfate, formaldehyde, thimerosal (a chemical compound containing about 49% mercury), ammonium sulfate, glutaraldehyde, ethanol...

When we know this list, it would never occur to anyone to absorb such a mixture and yet, through vaccination, they are injected directly into the depths of our organism, violating the first immune barrier that is the skin. In short, all these toxic ingredients go directly into our bloodstream and affect organic and cellular functioning.

It is easy to understand that such a cocktail is toxic and that the body must be helped to get rid of it, because without support, it will not succeed in detoxifying all, and all alone.

Vaccines also contain many inorganic minerals, vitamins, amino acids, salts and sugars.

Diet is important to eliminate heavy metals

Again, we note the importance of a good diet that can help the body eliminate toxins, including heavy metals. We can obviously use good food supplements that will allow chelation (deep cellular cleansing), but the ideal is to consume "good foods" that will promote this process. For example, chlorella, coriander, citrus peels, spirulina, garlic, and bear's garlic are known to promote the removal of heavy metals.

However, most vegetables have chelating properties. So, if you regularly (not to say daily) concoct nice salads with more than a few different vegetables, and with lots of cilantro, avocado, seaweed and wild garlic, that's already a great start.

Is it absolutely necessary to avoid vaccines?

Vaccines are a real disruption of the immune system. Their action can be considered as devastating for the immune system as a bowling ball doing a "Strike"! This is why it is important to take care of your defense system that protects you from various aggressions.

Avoiding sugars, additives, all refined, processed foods and ready-made
meals will also participate in this cleansing and immune protection process.

Sugars in vaccines impair the immune system. Since they feed parasites, viruses (indirectly), fungi, bacteria, and all these harmful microorganisms, they are obviously favorable to their development. Ingesting lots of garlic, onions, oregano and its oil, echinacea, thyme and lemon can help you keep all these infectious agents at bay, protect or repair your immune system, while detoxifying your body.

If you choose to be vaccinated, it is ideal to take a "good" vitamin B complex for a few weeks after the vaccination. Indeed, formaldehydes and heavy metals strongly decrease the assimilation of B vitamins. A lack of vitamin B can weaken your nervous system and the energy functioning of your cells.

Important hydration, physical exercise, action on the intestinal flora thanks to probiotics are all actions that will help your body to recover a good defense system and to eliminate a large part of these toxic substances that are harmful to your health.
