How To Use Essential Oils ?

Oral route

If you are not a sensitive person for whom the consumption of essential oils is forbidden, the oral route (internal use) remains the most effective way to consume these oils.

In general, 1 to 2 drops, deposited on a neutral tablet, are sufficient.

Strictly observe the precautions for use.

Dermal route

There are two types of applications :

  1. En onction ;: very brief and localized.

  2. In massage: On extended zones with an application on the duration.

When they are authorized for this use, they are very well assimilated by the skin provided they are diluted in a vegetable oil. The more diluted the essential oil is, the less powerful it will be and therefore potentially less aggressive for the skin.

In broadcasting

Diffusion is the most popular way to benefit from the virtues of essential oils. Put about ten drops of essential oil in your diffuser and let your home be perfumed

You don't have a diffuser? No problem!

Put a few drops on a handkerchief, cloth or pebble.
