What is Bach Flower Etoile de Bethléem bio?
Etoile de Bethléem is used in the composition of the first emergency elixir (rescue), to alleviate the effects of shock: a loss, an accident, bad news. Sometimes the trauma is so strong that the effects are still felt years later.
Use in cases of emotional or physical shock, distress or despondency caused by bad news.

Dosage for Bach Flower of Bethlehem Star organic
Choose one or more flower essences according to your emotional state:
- 3 to 4 drops in a glass of water or directly under the tongue, 4 times a day, before meals and in the evening before going to bed.
- Alternatively, 9 drops in a small bottle of water and drink throughout the day.
- Duration: occasionally, or over several weeks or months for long-term treatment. In case of crisis, increase doses to one drop every 1/4 hour.

Organic* Demeter** Cognac, spring water preparation with organic* Bach Flower according to the original method (Star of Bethlehem / Ornithogalum umbellatum) at 1/240e.
