  • The usual recommendation is 25 grams of dried plant per day and per liter of water. To prepare a cup, weigh out 1.5 grams of dry mass and bring to the boil in 250 ml of initially cold water, or pour simmering, non-boiling water directly over the plant. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then filter the infusion.
  • Nettle infusion is characterized by a dark green, almost black color and a strong, grassy taste. You can also make a cold infusion, which preserves certain vitamins and minerals destroyed by heat, minimizes the appearance of tannins (which make us want to urinate frequently) and gives the nettle water a taste of banana or flower honey. For this recipe: place 25 grams of dried nettle leaves in 1 liter of water and leave overnight before filtering the next morning.
  • With regard to the racineFor this recipe, we usually recommend 40 grams of dry mass per day and per litre of water.
