Description
The Lunette menstrual cup offers a reusable alternative to disposable menstrual products. Unlike tampons, it collects menstrual flow without absorbing it.

Before first use, boil the menstrual cup for at least 5 minutes.
Wash your hands thoroughly before handling it. Fold the cup, insert it, and then check that it has opened properly.
To remove it, pinch the base to break the seal before gently sliding it out.
In France, it is recommended not to leave the cup in for more than 8 consecutive hours and not to use it overnight.
If the stem is uncomfortable, it can be trimmed with scissors once the cup has been removed, taking care not to damage the silicone.
Care
Between uses, rinse the cup with a cleanser specifically designed for menstrual cups or a mild, unscented soap.
Between cycles, boil it for at least 5 minutes. Avoid harsh cleaning products, vinegar, bleach, and heavily scented soaps, which can damage the silicone or irritate the mucous membranes.
Once completely dry, store the cup in its linen pouch, not in an airtight container.
The Lunette menstrual cup is a personal hygiene product: do not share it and use it only during your period.
Check its condition before each use and replace it if it is cut, damaged, altered, or shows abnormal discoloration due to insufficient care.
The menstrual cup is not a form of birth control and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections or pregnancy. It should not be worn during sexual intercourse or used for postpartum bleeding.
