The word "comfrey" comes from the Latin word "consolidare" (to consolidate) because of its powerful regenerating action on the connective tissues of the skin. Rich in mucilage, Comfrey has a remarkable softening power and protects the skin from aggressions. Arnica has been known since the Middle Ages for its anti-inflammatory and beneficial action in case of shocks.
St. John's Wort stimulates cell regeneration and beautifies the skin. The Marigold, rich in flavonoids, is one of the most effective plants for skin care.

What are the characteristics of the Comfrey Balm from HerbalGem?

Sore muscles after intense exercise. Massage the painful area until penetration. Repeat several times if necessary.
Cracks in the soles of the feet: in the evening, coat the cracks with a thick layer of balm and cover with a bandage, repeat the next day if necessary. Also take care of the liver and the acid-base balance.

Precautions for use
- External use (do not ingest).
- Avoid contact with the eyes.

- Percutaneous absorption of the pyrrolizidine alkaloids present in comfrey plant has been shown to be very low. A reasonable use can therefore be made with confidence.
