How to use banana flour

Ingredients
200 g banana flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
150 ml apple juice
150 ml vegetable drink
1 pinch salt
2 teaspoons coconut flower syrup
1-3 tablespoons mineral water (sparkling)
Preparation
- Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add the other ingredients and mix with a hand mixer. The mineral water helps to obtain a smooth dough.
- Bake in a coated tin at medium-high temperature.
- Add a topping, if desired, and enjoy.
