Gemmotherapy: how to use bud macerates?

It's interesting to note that the bud contains all the vital energy of the tree or plant that unfolds in spring. Its biological and energetic potential is useful for human physical, energetic and psychological well-being. With this in mind, here are a few tips for using buds.

How to use bud macerates?

In general :
-50 ml bottles of concentrated mother-bud macerates allow a 2-month course of treatment, at a rate of 15 drops/day diluted in water (average dose for an adult).
- As a general rule, it is advisable to ingest the macerate about 15 minutes before or between meals.
- In gemmotherapy, 2 to 3 months correspond to a normal and effective course of treatment.
- You can use 2 to 3 buds maximum, taken simultaneously (in the same glass of water) or separately at different times of the day.

For adults:
- For a maintenance treatment: 15 drops before breakfast or 3 times 5 drops spread over the day, alternating 3 weeks' use and a week's break over 2 to 3 months.
- For an attack treatment (from the first signs of a crisis): up to 10 drops 3 times a day, for a few days to 1 week.

For pregnant and breast-feeding women
5 drops before one of the 3 meals.

For children:
- From 3 to 5 years: 3 drops per day.
- From 5 to 7 years: 5 drops per day.
- From 7 to 12 years: 7 to 10 drops per day.
- Beyond: dosage equivalent to that for adults.

To balance your temperament:
Depending on your dominant temperament (Nervous, Bilious, Bloody or Lymphatic), use 3 drops in a little water, 3 times a day.

For psycho-emotional support:
Use 1 to 2 drops of pure bud on and under the tongue for a few seconds, 3 to 5 times a day.

Precautions for use of buds


- Keep out of reach of young children.
- For children under 3 years of age, refer to the advice of a doctor or therapist.
- For pregnant and breast-feeding women, refer to the instructions for use.
- Avoid the use of buds with a hormonal action, in particular those with a hormonal action. cranberry, raspberry bush, the oak et the redwood for pregnant women and those with a history of hormone-dependent cancer.
- Avoid the use of Gemmotherapy for alcoholics undergoing withdrawal.
- For people on anticoagulants, refer to the advice of a doctor or therapist.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- As a dietary supplement, Gemmotherapy is not a substitute for a healthy and varied diet.
- Store at room temperature.

There are few contraindications to the use of the gemmotherapy in a normal, appropriate way. What's more, there's no risk of addiction.
