L'huile végétale Arnica : pour les muscles endoloris et les ecchymoses
Obtenue par macération des fleurs jaune doré d’arnica, l’huile végétale d’arnica bio Physalis est un soin polyvalent reconnu pour ses propriétés apaisantes et revitalisantes. Traditionnellement utilisée en massage, elle aide à préparer les muscles avant l’effort et à favoriser leur récupération après une activité physique ou une journée intense.

Conseils d'utilisation
- En huile de massage : appliquer pure sur la peau en mouvements circulaires pour préparer ou détendre les muscles.
- En soin ciblé : en application locale sur les zones sensibles, ecchymoses ou petites contusions (seule ou en synergie avec l’huile de calendula).
- En synergie avec des huiles essentielles : l’huile végétale d’arnica peut être enrichie de quelques gouttes d’huile essentielle de lavande fine (apaisante), de gaulthérie (sport, récupération) ou de romarin à camphre (détente musculaire).
