Delivery / returns
Standard delivery is by Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature.

- By credit card online
(secure SSL payment; cards bearing the initials Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard). - By cheque in euros, Payment by cheque is not accepted as the collection fees are prohibitive. The bank charges between €13 and €15. Any cheque received is automatically destroyed. We recommend payment by VISA or Mastercard, or bank transfer, which does not incur any charges. Payment by card is immediate and your order is dispatched within 24 hours (if all products are in stock). Bank transfer usually takes 2 to 3 days for bank-to-bank transfer.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of the cost of return.
