Easy and immediate diffusion, without plugs
The Izzy diffuser works without water: simply screw on a bottle of Pranarôm essential oil, without removing the dropper. Compatible with 10 ml and 30 ml formats, it's ready to diffuse in seconds, with no complicated handling.
Easy to use, it features three alternating diffusion modes with integrated timer:
- One spray every 20 seconds for 1 hour.
- One spray every 60 seconds for 4 hours.
- One spray every 120 seconds for 8 hours.

Thanks to its rechargeable battery, Izzy is cordless. You can take it anywhere: in the living room, office, hallway or even outside, on a terrace, balcony or garden. Directions for use
Change essential oil bottle:
- Turn the diffuser upside down to keep the bottle upright with the neck facing upwards.
- Remove the cap, shake up and down for a minimum of 30 seconds to ensure that the essential oil falls back into the bottle. It is advisable to unscrew the bottle from the base quickly and steadily, to avoid any leakage of EO while the anti-leak valve is closing.
- To avoid any false manipulation, it is advisable to perform this operation over a sink or other protected surface.
It's normal to see a few residues of essential oil on the dropper or base. Wipe them off gently with an absorbent cloth.

Delivery / returns
Standard delivery is by Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature.

- By credit card online
(secure SSL payment; cards bearing the initials Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard). You will be asked to enter your card number and expiry date directly in the field provided (secure entry via encryption). Your card will be debited when you place your order. - By direct debit Subscription, all bank charges to be borne by the applicant.
- By cheque in euros, Payment by cheque is not accepted as the collection fees are prohibitive. The bank charges between €13 and €15. Any cheque received is automatically destroyed. We recommend payment by VISA or Mastercard, or bank transfer, which does not incur any charges. Payment by card is immediate and your order is dispatched within 24 hours (if all products are in stock). Bank transfer usually takes 2 to 3 days for bank-to-bank transfer.

The customer has a period of 14 working days to return unsuitable products at his own expense. This period runs from the day the order is delivered to the customer. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of the cost of return.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer may request reimbursement of the sums paid, subject to the products being reshipped at the customer's expense. This reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days following the exercise of this right.
