Directions for use
- Take the drops on an empty stomach, between meals, pure or diluted in spring water or honey. For best results, take directly on the tongue and wait a few seconds before swallowing.- Adults: 5 to 15 drops a day on an empty stomach. Start with 5 drops and increase by one drop each day until a stable result is achieved.
