Mild Lupin Flour Recommended dosage
- For nutritional enhancement: 2-3 teaspoons daily
- Children according to age: ½ - 1 teaspoon per day
- Athletes: up to 6 teaspoons per day
- To replace egg: add a spoonful of sweet lupine flour to 1 spoonful of water.
