100g of sugar can be replaced by 100g of Ciao le Sucre Xylitol, except when cooking above 100°C where 100g of sugar can be replaced by 70g of Ciao le Sucre Xylitol.

Recipe idea with Ciao le sucre Organic Xylitol 400G: Coffee Marble
Ingredients:
- 130 g Ciao le Sucre Xylitol
- 1 tablespoon instant chicory
- 180 g butter
- 180 g flour
- 3 eggs
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Blanch egg yolks with Ciao Xylitol sugar.
- Stir in softened butter and sifted flour.
- Separately, whisk the egg whites until stiff, then add to the mixture.
- Separate the dough into 2 bowls: in one bowl, add the instant chicory. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered baking tin, alternating the 2 doughs. Place in oven for 50 min.
