Vinaigre des 4 voleurs is used :

Internal use:
- For prevention: 1 tablespoon a day, pure or diluted in water.
- In strong action: 2 tablespoons a day or more, pure or diluted in water.
External use:
- Inhalation: 1 to 2 tablespoons in a bowl of boiling water.
- As a lotion or compress: all over the body, pure or diluted in water.
- Elimination of lice: pure, in abundant lotion, leave on for several hours, then rinse with clean water. Repeat daily during periods of contagion, and every 2-3 days for prevention.
