Posology of Bach Flower Aspen organic
Choose one or more flower essences according to your emotional state:
- 3 to 4 granules in a glass of water or directly under the tongue, 4 times a day, before meals and in the evening before going to bed.
- Alternatively, take 9 granules in a small bottle of water and drink throughout the day.
- Duration: occasionally, or over several weeks or months for long-term treatment. In case of crisis, increase doses to one every 1/4 hour.

100% organic ingredients: sucrose impregnated with 1/240th solar flower infusion.
The use of granules makes it possible to offer an alcohol-free range of Bach Flower Remedies (suitable for children). The granules are impregnated with Bach Flower Essences, using a process developed by Biofloral which allows the alcohol to evaporate completely after impregnation. All that remains is the energetic vibration of the flowers.
