Une huile essentielle pour la circulation et l'équilibre respiratoire
Originaire du bassin méditerranéen, le cyprès toujours vert (Cupressus sempervirens) est un conifère élancé symbole de vitalité et d’endurance. Son huile essentielle bio Bioflore, distillée à partir de ses rameaux et cônes, est particulièrement appréciée pour ses propriétés veinotoniques, lymphotoniques et anti-inflammatoires.
Elle aide à soulager la sensation de jambes lourdes, les troubles hémorroïdaires ou les œdèmes circulatoires, tout en soutenant la tonicité veineuse et lymphatique.
Grâce à sa composition riche en α-pinène, δ-3-carène et myrcène, elle agit aussi sur la sphère respiratoire : son action antitussive, antispasmodique et expectorante aide à calmer les quintes de toux sèches et à dégager les voies respiratoires.
Chez l’homme, elle est traditionnellement utilisée pour ses propriétés décongestionnantes prostatiques et son soutien au confort urinaire.
Conseils d’utilisation
- Circulation veineuse : diluer 2 à 3 gouttes d’huile essentielle dans une cuillère à café d’huile végétale (calophylle ou macadamia) et masser les jambes de bas en haut, matin et soir.
- Toux sèche : diluer 1 goutte dans une cuillère à café de miel ou une huile végétale, à appliquer sur le thorax ou le dos.
- Confort masculin : 2 gouttes diluées dans une huile végétale à appliquer sur le bas-ventre en massage léger.
Précautions d'emploi
- Déconseillée aux femmes enceintes et allaitantes, et aux enfants de moins de 6 ans.
- Pas d’administration par voie orale avant 12 ans.
- Demander conseil à un professionnel de la santé.
- Déconseillée en cas pathologie hormonodépendante (cancer, fibrome, mastose, endométriose …)
- Pas d'utilisation prolongée sans avis d'un spécialiste.
- Risque d'allergie (limonène) : veiller à ne pas surdoser dans les mélanges. Le test du creux du coude sera recommandé préalablement à toute application cutanée (min 48h avant utilisation).
- Éviter tout contact avec les yeux.
- Tenir hors de portée des enfants.
- Conserver à l’abri de toute source de chaleur et de la lumière.
