An essential oil with invigorating properties
Distilled from the needles of Pinus sylvestris, Bioflore organic Scots pine essential oil is known for its invigorating, purifying, and oxygenating properties. Its resinous, woody scent evokes the forest and promotes easier breathing.
When diffused or inhaled, it helps clear the respiratory tract and purify the air. When diluted in vegetable oil and used in massage, it supports muscle recovery and provides a feeling of general well-being.
Invigorating, it is also used to boost energy and combat temporary fatigue.
Directions for use
- For massage: dilute 3 drops in a teaspoon of vegetable oil (hazelnut, sesame) for use on muscles, joints, or the lower back.
- Diffusion: add a few drops to a diffuser to purify and refresh the air.
- Inhalation: 2 to 3 drops in a bowl of hot water to clear the ENT area.
Precautions
Not recommended for children under 6 years of age or during the first 3 months of pregnancy. May cause irritation when used undiluted.
