Une huile essentielle aux vertus tonifiantes
Distillée à partir des aiguilles de Pinus sylvestris, l’huile essentielle de pin sylvestre bio Bioflore est reconnue pour ses vertus tonifiantes, purifiantes et oxygénantes. Son parfum résineux et boisé évoque la forêt et favorise une respiration plus libre.
En diffusion ou en inhalation, elle aide à dégager les voies respiratoires et à assainir l’air ambiant. En massage, diluée dans une huile végétale, elle soutient la récupération musculaire et procure une sensation de bien-être général.
Tonifiante, elle est également utilisée pour stimuler l’énergie et lutter contre la fatigue passagère.
Conseils d’utilisation
- En massage : diluer 3 gouttes dans une cuillère à café d’huile végétale (noisette, sésame) pour les zones musculaires, articulaires ou le bas du dos.
- En diffusion : quelques gouttes dans un diffuseur pour purifier et rafraîchir l’air.
- En inhalation : 2 à 3 gouttes dans un bol d’eau chaude pour dégager la sphère ORL.
Précautions d'emploi
Déconseillée chez l’enfant de moins de 6 ans et durant les 3 premiers mois de grossesse. Irritation possible à l’état pur.
