What is Arrowroot-bio?
Arrowroot starch is extracted from a plant rhizome to produce a highly digestible flour that can be used as a :

Arrowroot is a dry, white, odorless flour that gives off a light, clean aroma when mixed with cold water and added to a hotter liquid to form a perfect jelly with a smooth, almost colorless consistency when cooked (from 65°C) (an ideal gelling agent for juices).
Arrowroot, also known as marante, dictame, herbe aux arèches (Maranta arundinacea) or "rouroute" (in Réunion and Mauritius), is a plant of the Marantaceae family found mainly in tropical America, with a superficial, pale-yellow, scaly, arrow-shaped root system, hence the names arrowroot and herbe aux arèches.

How do I use Arrowroot - bio?
As a thickener: first dilute in a little cold liquid before adding to a hot preparation. In this way, it thickens soups, binds sauces, improves the texture of custards and puddings, and aids the digestion of milk. This very light starch can be used to replace wheat flour in cakes, pancakes and other pastries.
In cosmetics, as a softening powder for velvety skin: add arrowroot to the same quantity of ultra-ventilated White Clay, mix well and apply the powder with a powder puff to perfectly clean, dry skin.
