Dermal route

Preparation

  • 30 ml of vegetable oil of Calendula,

  • 3 ml of essential oil of Patchouli,

  • 3 ml of essential oil of Cypress or Pistachio Mastic.

How to apply it

  • Quantity Apply a few drops of the preparation.

  • On your ankles, the soles of your feet and your legs always going up.

  • Frequency? 1 to 2 times a day.

How to Use Essential Oils ?

Oral route

If you are not among thesensitive people for whom the consumption of essential oils is forbidden, theoralway(internal use) remains the mostefficient way to consume these oils.

In general,1 to 2 drops, deposited on a neutral tablet, are enough.

Strictly follow the precautions for use;

Dermal route

There are two types of applications: 

  1. En onction ;: très brève et localisée.

  2. In massage: On extensive areas with a long-lasting application.

When they areauthorized for this use, they are very well assimilated by theskin, provided they are diluted in avegetable oil. The more diluted the essential oil is, the less powerful it will be and therefore potentially less aggressive for the skin.

In broadcasting

Diffusion is the most popular way to benefit from thevirtues of essential oils. Put a dozen drops of essential oil in yourdiffuser and let your home beperfumed;

You don't have a diffuser? No problem!

Put a few drops on ahandkerchief, acloth or apebble.

Precautions for use

Certain rules must be observed for safe use.


  • Always check the instructions before use!

  • The use of essential oils must be moderate and is always counted in drops, never in spoons. It is preferable not to exceed 3-4 days of use without medical advice.

  • During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is recommended not to use essential oils without medical advice.

  • Do not give essential oils to children without a doctor's approval.

  • Do not use essential oils on people with allergies, asthma, hypersensitivity to essential oils and people with a history of epilepsy or convulsions. For the allergic ones, it is recommended to make a preliminary test before use.

  • Avoid contact with eyes, nose, ear canals and ano-genital areas.

  • In case of accidental absorption, call the Poison Control Center directly. Never drink water!

  • Essential oils are not meant to be injected.

  • It is important to wash your hands after any skin application.

  • Essential oils are not water soluble. They do not dissolve in water. Be sure to dilute them first (in liquid soap, vegetable oil, cream).

  • Be sure to close the bottles tightly and keep them out of reach of children.

  • The shelf life of essential oils is generally 5 years, but some of them can be kept for less time.
