Barefoot: better statics and a real energy contribution, all benefits!

Currently, very few humans of our modern civilizations still touch the earth's surface barefoot, and from this, there is no doubt a loss of our ancestral roots and energy regeneration. This reminds us of the approach of certain ancient philosophies and therapeutic techniques that speak of vital energy or life force also called Chi, Qi or Prana. Much of this energy comes from proper inking, sitting on the ground and direct contact with the earth. This energy and strength is also used in martial arts, which, remember, are practiced barefoot.

A real benefit of barefoot walking is located on an energetic level. Indeed, it allows free electrons and negative ions to energetically recharge the body and provide it with charges with very high antioxidant potential. If you are reluctant to walk barefoot, start by taking off your shoes for a few moments during a nature walk.

If sports shoes are the cause of some damage, it is the same for city shoes and even more for pointed shoes and high heels that compress the toes and provide a very bad body static. Wearing high heels or shoes that compress the ankles leads to disruptions in overall statics from the foot itself, through the ankles, knees and entire spine, to the neck.

There is evidence that children who have had the opportunity to walk barefoot a lot have greater agility, more toned muscles in the soles of their feet, ankles and legs. They benefit from better pedestrian and global statics and less deformation of the toes and soles.

Reintegrating "barefoot" into your lifestyle should be done in a gradual manner. A good place to start is on soft grass or sand.

Keep in mind that your approach will be different and your statics may change. Try to relearn how to listen to your body and feel the energies and information coming to you from the earth. This exercise will not only provide you with physical well-being and energy, but also mental soothing and relaxation.
