Think of natural remedies to fight the small evils of the winter

There is a simple and unknown remedy, but nevertheless very effective and really inexpensive (2€ maximum), it is hydrogen peroxide or simply hydrogen peroxide (concentrated from 5 to 10%).

Hydrogen peroxide has been shown to be beneficial in a variety of diseases. Added to drinking water, it is useful for allergies, headaches, autoimmune diseases (lupus, MS, polyarthritis...), cramps, cardiovascular diseases, fungal infections or cataracts. And the list goes on and on.

It has also proved its worth from an aesthetic point of view since applied to the skin it allows an action on age spots, wrinkles, varicose veins...). In compress, it relieves local pains (articular, muscular or others). It would even have very positive and interesting effects in the psychological or emotional field.

For winter ailments such as flu, colds, ear infections or upper respiratory tract infections for example, some natural health centers in the United States cure them in 12 to 14 hours. Simply pour a few drops of hydrogen peroxide into each ear, starting on one side. You will hear and feel a few small bubbles in your ears and perhaps a slight tingling sensation, which is quite normal. Wait for the bubbling to subside (usually 5-10 minutes), then blot the excess fluid with a cotton ball and repeat the process in the other ear. This little ritual should be repeated 2 to 3 times a day for a few days.

Hydrogen peroxide can also be used to relieve boils in the ear canal (very painful), to unblock earwax plugs or simply to clean the ears thoroughly once or twice a week. In case of an ear infection in a child, you can also put a few drops of lemon juice in the ear, 3 to 4 times a day for a few days. To treat a sore throat, you can swallow a teaspoon of rosemary or acacia honey. Honey helps to alkalize the body and kill bacteria. You can also gargle with warm water salted with Himalayan salt or Guérande salt and a little essential oil of thyme.

Here is a small recipe to concoct your own cough syrup:

In a saucepan over low heat, put a small cup of raw honey (do not boil, otherwise the honey may lose its medicinal properties). In another pot, boil water with a whole lemon for 2 or 3 minutes. Once the lemon is softened, let it cool so you can handle it and cut it into thin slices to add to the honey on the stove. Let the mixture marinate on low heat for about 1 hour. Strain the mixture, taking care to remove all the lemon seeds, let it cool and then put it in a glass container with a lid and keep it in the refrigerator. This syrup can be kept for 2 to 3 months in the refrigerator. At the 1rst signs of a sore throat or cough, take the equivalent of 1/2 teaspoon per 12 kg. This syrup can be used for both children and adults at a rate of 4 doses per day or more if necessary.

Think of diffusing eucalyptus or pine essential oils in your interiors or put them in your humidifiers. You can also boil eucalyptus leaves or leave them in a container of water on your wood stubble. All of these measures have cleansing and stimulating properties for the immune system.
