What you need

Prepare your cabbage juice with the ingredients you always have in your kitchen and the seasonings you can easily find at the market. What you need for this cocktail is a whole cabbage to extract the juice, particularly from the leaves and head, the basis of the preparation. In addition, you'll need at least 200 ml of water, if you're going to drink it spontaneously. To flavour your cocktail, or give it a more pleasant taste, prepare a whole lemon or just half a lemon.

Steps for cocktail preparation

First, prepare the water! Either boil it, or filter it. For the easier option, choose distilled water.

Take the leaves or head of cabbage. After washing, place them in the blender. Add water and run the blender until everything is well compressed.

Then add sugar, squeeze lemon and pour into the mixture. Tadaaam! You've got juice you can drink right away.

As far as taste is concerned, it's true that cabbage isn't really intended as a beverage. That's why we recommend flavoring the juice with lemon.
