How to understand your disease and hemorrhoids

When we suffer from an illness, when we fall ill, we first seek to relieve and heal but rarely to understand. This is what makes that in this 21th century, we notice that more and more people are making the mistake of not going deep inside themselves.
Indeed, the majority of people are looking for immediate relief by taking painkillers, anti-inflammatories or any other fast-acting medication. By doing so, they erase the symptoms that are so essential to well-being and good physical and emotional health.

How can we expect to get better if we bury our heads in the sand with our own bodies?

Let's talk about the delicate subject of hemorrhoids. Those who suffer chronically or acutely usually have this type of problem because they are constipated or simply because the pregnant woman suffers from these small inconveniences due to the involuntary pushing of the baby.

But did you know that even with hemorrhoids, there may be something deep inside you?

Of course, understanding ailments from a metaphysical point of view is not an easy task, and it is sometimes necessary to dig very deep to analyze a medical problem. Nevertheless, it is worthwhile to take into account some elements that may be the answer to many of your problems.

In the book by Jacques Martel, a famous holistic therapist, he explains the following things about hemorrhoids:

  •  When there is pain, it is usually related to stress
  •  When there is bleeding, it is normally related to a loss of joy.

But let's look at it more deeply. A hemorrhoid problem often reminds us of a relationship problem with the mother. Indeed, this great need, this maternal attachment that pushes us to constantly need her, her opinion, her advice, and that any distance makes a deep feeling of abandonment emerge. Hemorrhoids indicate tension and an inner desire to force elimination.

In a way, we try to evacuate something but at the same time, we also try to retain. A powerful conflict is created within us: push and hold. It is then this struggle that will cause a deep imbalance in us. We will notice that very often inner conflicts lead to physical diseases and it is by treating the root cause that the evil will go away in turn.

It should also be noted that hemorrhoidal attacks can also occur as a result of an intense feeling of guilt or as a result of old, unexpressed or unexpressed tension, directed at someone or something that causes anger or a disturbing emotion in us.

Our body expresses itself in ways that we have difficulty decoding. Taking time for oneself and for listening to oneself would be a first step towards healing. Of course, this is not easy or obvious because we are not programmed for this, we did not grow up with such a manual and we do not know, in general, how to listen to ourselves. Nevertheless, it is sometimes enough to stop for a second, to sit down and listen to the messages your body has to transmit to you.

Today, in our society, we no longer take time for ourselves because we are generally "business and materialistic" oriented with this increased need to make money. But at the same time, personal development coaches and wellness therapists are coming to offer us a deep approach of the self, very interesting for personal growth and evolution.

It is by programming a new way of life, by setting up a new lifestyle and a new daily routine, and above all, by surrounding ourselves with the right people, that we will be able to succeed in listening to ourselves and in decoding our discomforts and our illnesses.
