Your work day was grueling. The cardiac coherence method was brought to France by Dr. David Servan-Schreiber, a physician, professor and health journalist and author. Moreover, it is in his book "Healing" - which has given rise to heavy controversy - that he develops his knowledge about cardiac coherence.
