Aromatherapy : the essential oil of clove

Eugenia caryophyllus known as "clove" is an essential oil with very powerful active ingredients. Its richness in phenols, 80% of which are eugenol, makes it a particularly effective essential oil to fight against bacterial (gram + and gram -), viral, fungal and parasitic infections. Did you know that? It takes 6 to 7 kg of flower buds to obtain 1 kg of essential oil. Zoom on the clove EO, its benefits and its use in a family context.

The essential oil of clove does not diffuse

The essential oil of clove will never be used in air diffusion or aerosol. Indeed, it is much more effective internally. Note that clove is a condiment that accompanies many dishes and is therefore consumed orally naturally.
