Vitamin D3-Plus Sonnenvitamin is a dietary supplement of natural vitamin D and enriched with a fine powder of Sango coral rich in minerals supporting its action.
Vitamin D contributes to the conservation of normal teeth, muscles and muscle function, to normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, to maintain a normal level of calcium in the blood as well as a normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin D is supported in its functions by fat, vitamin K, calcium and magnesium. Fat and vitamin K are present in sufficient quantities by the food (and the natural production of vitamin K in the intestine). Calcium and magnesium are often in deficit in our modern diet and when taking D3-Plus Sonnenvitamin they are provided partly by the food, partly by the Sango coral powder.
Sango coral is characterized by its high purity and a wide mineral spectrum. Sango Coral contains in addition to significant amounts of calcium and magnesium a multitude of other valuable elements( eg fluoride , germanium , iodine, potassium or zinc).

Recommendations for use
Recommended doses: 2 capsuls per day (so 30µg of vitamin D, 300 mg calcium and 147 mg magnesium). Note that using solar UVB our skin can form vitamin D. So if you can enjoy the sun directly on your skin (15 minutes 3 times a week would be sufficient), intake of vitamine D by food or supplement is less important. But unfortunately over 50 years this capacity is lowered.To swallow more easily this foodsupplement you can separate the 2 parts of the capsule and mix the powder in food or beverage.
