Organic Green Lentil Sprouting Seeds - 150 g
Organic green lentil sprouting seeds are an important source of protein, iron and calcium. They contain vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6 and C. They are both very consistent and easily digestible. Their consumption is particularly recommended for nursing mothers.
These organic lentil seeds need to be soaked in at least three times their volume of water. Green lentils can be eaten as soon as the germ appears and up to 2 or 3 cm, or even at the stage of young growth (10 cm), raw or cooked (5 minutes in a gentle steam). Sprouted lentils can be eaten as a purée, in a fresh, crunchy salad with a dash of vinaigrette, or in minestrone.
Like all our sprouting seeds (buckwheat, alfalfa, sunflower, wheat), our green lentil seeds are subject to a rigorous selection and come from an organic production in Gironde.
