Why use Arnica plant oil?
Pranarom Arnica Bio Huile Végétale is a titrated oily extract of arnica flowers.
- A precious macerate for the treatment of bruises and bumps sustained during leisure or sporting activities.
- Pure or in synergy with callophylla, marigold or hazelnut, it's ideal for those who like to get moving.
- Arnica flowers have a low yield. This explains why it is so valuable, as well as its unrivalled effect on joint and muscle problems or inflammation.
How do I use Arnica vegetable oil?
For cosmetic use only.
- Sunburn: after cooling the affected area (damp, cold compress, water, etc.), apply a few drops of Arnica macerate abundantly, but without massaging. Repeat 6 times over the next 24 hours.
- Cosmetic use: suitable for skin massage with or without essential oils (e.g. immortelle, peppermint, laurel). Helps relieve tension and prevent loss due to direct impact and bruising.
What precautions should I take when using Arnica plant oil?
Keep out of reach of young children. Store away from heat and light. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to damaged skin. Do not use on pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not use on children under 6 years of age. EXTERNAL USE.

Standard delivery is by Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. Payment by card is immediate and your order is dispatched within 24 hours (if all products are in stock). Bank transfer usually takes 2 to 3 days for bank-to-bank transfer.
