- Stress: A diet rich in omega 3 essential fatty acids would significantly increase the production of neurotransmitters of energy and good mood in the brain. At the emotional level, studies tend to show that the symptoms of depression can be reduced thanks to an additional intake of omega 3. Add 1 teaspoon of rose hip oil per guest to your seasonings. Think also of the rose hip capsules to be taken as a cure.
What are the precautions to take when using rose hip oil?
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Keep out of reach of young children.
- Do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Keep away from any source of heat and light.
- Consume preferably within 3 months after opening.
NOTE : Particularly active oil, to be used in mixture with other vegetable oils on too reactive skins. Can stain fragile fabrics.
What is Rosehip oil made of?
Composition at a glance:
A little more than a sixth of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9). Approximately three quarters of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6 and approximately 33% of omega 3, that is to say a marvelous balance between these invaluable essential fatty acids!) Vitamin E and carotenoids (including retinol).
