For 1 mocktail
- 30 ml GIMBER No. 2 Brut.
- 2 sprigs of fresh coriander.
- 4 fresh basil leaves.
- 50 ml pink grapefruit juice.
- 50 ml cold green tea.
- 4 lime wedges.
- 15 ml of cane sugar syrup.
- Ice.
Preparation
- Muddle the lime wedges in the glass.
- Add the coriander and basil, fresh grapefruit juice, GIMBER, and cane sugar syrup.
- Add the crushed ice and mix well.
- Add crushed ice and pour in the green tea. Add more and stir gently.
- Garnish with fresh grapefruit or lime and basil.
