Green tea, also known as virgin tea because it is not fermented, are the leaves of the tea plant. There are some 1,500 different varieties of tea worldwide. The tea's transformation process, its origin and the age of the leaves are also factors that give different teas their particular flavor. Matcha, for example, is essentially made up of powdered leaves. As for black tea, the oxidation technique for creating it was discovered in the Ming period (between the 14th and 17th centuries). Green tea can be drunk hot or cold, before a good meal. In the West, tea arrived with the Dutch river trade and quickly won over the English, who made it one of their traditional beverages.

2 to 3 tablets a day with a large glass of water, with meals, as part of a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
