What is vegetable charcoal?
Vegetable charcoal, also known as activated carbon, is derived from the carbonization of coconuts, olive stones, ash and poplar wood. The wood is heated in two stages. In the first stage, the wood is heated to a very high temperature (600 to 900°C) in the complete absence of air. In the second stage, the wood is heated to the same temperatures, but this time air, steam and oxidizing gases are added. The result is high-quality activated carbon.
What are the benefits of vegetable charcoal?

Charcoal is used in a wide variety of fields. Charcoal filters are still used today in certain industries where toxic products are handled. It is also used in the manufacture of water filters and air filters. In cosmetics, vegetable carbon is used as a black colorant to create attractive marbling in soaps, and in the composition of certain make-up products. It is used as an active ingredient in skin masks, cleansers and exfoliants.
Our vegetal charcoal is available in capsule form, for easy, everyday use. The dosage of 210 mg per capsule and the shape of the product are suitable for daily cures. Charcoal is best taken between meals, with a large glass of water, to avoid altering your diet.
Combine activated charcoal with yeast or green clay to enhance its properties. You can also take essential oils of thyme, aniseed or fennel with your activated charcoal treatment.
How do I use vegetal charcoal?
Take 5 capsules 30 minutes before a meal and 5 capsules after a meal with a large glass of water as part of a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
