Choose one or more flower essences according to your emotional state:

- Alternatively, 9 drops in a small bottle of water and drink throughout the day.
- Duration: occasionally, or over several weeks or months for long-term treatment. In case of crisis, increase doses to one drop every 1/4 hour.

Organic* Demeter** Cognac, preparation of spring water with organic* Bach Flower according to the original method (Hornbeam / Carpinus betulus) at 1/240e.
