Issue du Thymus vulgaris chémotype thujanol, cette huile essentielle rare et précieuse Bioflore est réputée pour son excellente tolérance et sa grande efficacité. Antibactérienne, antivirale et tonique générale, elle est idéale pour soutenir les défenses naturelles lors des changements de saison ou en période de fatigue nerveuse ou immunitaire.
Dotée d’un tropisme hépatique, elle agit en douceur sur le foie fatigué ou surchargé, favorisant la régénération cellulaire et la détoxification naturelle de l’organisme. Son profil biochimique équilibré, dominé par le thujanol-4, en fait une alliée sûre pour les infections respiratoires, ORL, urinaires ou buccales, tout en restant bien tolérée par la peau et les muqueuses.
Son arôme chaud, herbacé et légèrement camphré rappelle la Provence et apporte une agréable sensation de pureté et de vigueur.
Conseils d’utilisation
- Soutien immunitaire et respiratoire : 2 gouttes diluées dans une cuillère à café d’huile végétale, à appliquer sur le thorax ou le haut du dos, 2 fois par jour.
- Foie fatigué : 1 goutte diluée dans une huile végétale, en massage doux sur la zone du foie, 1 à 2 fois par jour pendant quelques jours.
- Hygiène buccale : 1 goutte dans un verre d’eau tiède pour un bain de bouche (sans avaler).
- Fatigue nerveuse : 1 goutte sur les poignets à respirer profondément.
Précautions d'emploi
- Tenir hors de la portée des enfants.
- Ne pas utiliser durant les 3 premiers mois de la grossesse.
- Cette huile peut être irritante quand elle est utilisée pure, veiller à suffisamment la diluer pour l’utilisation cutanée.
