Directions for use from Argiletz green clay paste in tube
- Plaster and poultice: apply the clay paste directly to the skin in a 1 to 2 cm thick layer and leave on for a maximum of 1 to 2 hours. Or apply the clay using a thin cloth: place the clay paste in the center of the cloth to a thickness of 2 cm, fold the four corners of the cloth over the clay and apply this plaster directly to the desired area. In both cases, after 2 hours, remove as much clay as possible and rinse the skin with lukewarm water.
- Face mask: apply a thin layer (2 to 3 mm), leave on for 10 minutes. Do not allow clay paste to dry. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Apply a Cream/Fluid .
- Hair mask: spread paste over entire scalp. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse, then apply your usual shampoo.
- To wash skin or hair, dilute a little paste with warm water, then spread the mixture over wet skin or hair and massage gently. Leave to act for a short time, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Finally, treat and dry the skin or hair as usual. From Essential oils and/or for dry hair, a few drops of vegetable oils can be added to the paste.
- Gentle bath: dilute the clay paste in the bath. Add a few drops of essential oils if desired. Relax in the bath for 20 minutes. Rinse with clean water, leaving skin supple and soft. For dry skin a moisturizing and/or BAOBAB (LEG LOTION) Fluid Leg Cream - Demeter may be beneficial.
