Stimulez vos sens pour créer une ambiance

Whetherthe mood s is one of relaxation or stimulation, the senses must be stimulated. It is the synergy of a whole that will create your cocoon of well-being.

La chromothérapie pour une ambiance visuelle

Choose suitable lighting: bougie, accent lamp, lampe of salt, light therapy bulb. These are interesting because they have the ability to change color in order to create a mood sto suit. Indeed, in chromotherapy, each of the colors has a specific vibratory radiation thus acting ondifferent states of being: the red is invigorating, the blue calming, the green relaxing, the pink softening etc...

Des effluves d'essences naturelles pour créer une ambiance olfactive

Essential oils fulfill this role beautifully. They should not be poured directly into water at the risk of burning your skin because remember, oils and water are not miscible... It is also not advisable to diffuse them with a candle diffuser because, again, they will burn, losing all their properties. On the other hand, you can dilute them in your bathwater with a dispersant (foaming gel for example) ordiffuse themthanksto an ultra sound device.

The essential oil will be chosen either by the desired effect (calming or invigorating) or by its smell. Indeed, the essential oils by their fragrance stimulate the areas of the brain responsible for memory. It's up to you to choose which ambiance you want to create!

Stimuler les papilles pour vivre ce moment de l'intérieur

An infusion, a smoothie, a homemade vegetable juice, a glass of wine or champagne, treat yourself! By waking up your taste buds, you are giving your body the information that you are creating a parenthesis, a bubble out of time in you.

Une musique pour une ambiance sonore

The sound effects immerse you in an inner world. Music therapy works on the brain by reactivating memories or inducingspecific states of being through the ppowers of rhythm, melody and harmonies.

Un toucher délicat pour une peau qui mérite la meilleure des attentions

Self-massage, scrubbing with a horsehair glove, unction, body lotion, facials are all techniques that reconnect you to your skin, to your touch, to the relationship you have with yourself.
