Mood disorders: the fault of gluten?

But why do these emotions poison our lives? After having tried all the solutions to feel better about yourself, you just want to give up. When essential oils have not soothed your stress and anxiety, when herbal teas and food supplements have not solved your anxiety and bad moods and even sport does not help, what to think? Who to turn to in order to feel better, to finally feel good, master of your body and mind.

What can be done to overcome mood problems?

Have you ever thought about revisiting your diet? We are not talking about a diet but a new vision of what you put on your plate. Have you already made some small dietary adjustments to alleviate these problems of mood, stress and sometimes even deep anxiety or depression?
The manufacturers hide it, of course, but with the current manufacturing processes, which remove more and more food products from their true nature, pure and alive, we are poisoning ourselves day after day.

A poisoning obviously orchestrated by the agri-food structure.

Let's talk about gluten! Yes, this gluten is controversial, but why is it so much in the news? Simply because it destroys, damages and makes many people suffer. Many people, to this day, are allergic to gluten and don't even know it.

How is this possible? Simply because gluten is never implicated when a person suffers from a specific ailment. Indeed, we always attribute our pains to other causes but rarely to gluten.
Know that in addition to physical disorders such as redness, bloating, swelling, joint problems and nausea or fatigue, gluten could be responsible for emotional disorders such as irritability, depression, anxiety, nervousness, migraines and even mental confusions... This gluten is a real poison for our daily life. Eradicating it would be the solution to many of the population's medical concerns.

Most of the people who suffer are suffering from an intolerance. Fortunately, this is much less severe than the actual allergy.

Intolerance is responsible for intestinal porosity and this triggers inflammation at different levels of the digestive tract. Intolerance is not easily detected because it causes delayed reactions and the symptoms are then very numerous.

The allergy by contrast, is much more reactive and intense: the reaction is external and really visible. I recently learned that people with allergies even have a hard time with a kiss from someone who has consumed gluten. Crazy, right? A simple handshake can put a person to sleep...

Unlike our ancestors who ate cereals prepared with noble and ancient wheat, the wheat of our current generations has totally mutated into a completely modified product. In order to make money again and again, industrialists have proposed to the consumer more and more processed products so that they consume more and more. The lure of gain is there: to harm the final consumer even if it means destroying his health.

While wheat and corn are the two cereals that have been most modified by man for generations, there are other cereals that have remained intact, such as rice, for example, and others that do not contain gluten, such as buckwheat, formerly known as buckwheat, quinoa, chickpea, soya, chestnut or amaranth. Most of these cereals are available in flour, allowing you to make your own breads or pastries.

For a good homemade bread, have fun mixing different flours like these for example:

  • Chickpeas / Rice flour / Potato starch
  • Rice flour / Tapioca flour / Potato starch

However, it is important to know that if you prepare a bread with a gluten free flour, think also about the yeast....Replace it for sourdough, otherwise the process is useless since the yeast is composed of gluten.

Finally, avoid industrial products labelled "gluten-free". Indeed, the latter are not very interesting because of the addition of sugars or fats to make up for the lack of gluten. These additions are not recommended for a healthy diet.
