Moreover, it protects from hepatic steatosis (fatty liver) by decreasing triglycerides.

Phenolic aids increase the enzymatic activity. This has an effect on the proper filtration of the blood and the elimination of toxic substances.

To ease a lazy digestion, you can prepare an unsweetened infusion with a sprig of rosemary directly in hot water.

The rosemary bud is interesting in many ways. As mentioned above, it acts on all the spheres of the being. You can take drops diluted in a glass of water in the morning or several times a day or even in a large bottle of water to drink throughout the day between meals. It all depends on your problem.
