Food that we think is healthy is actually toxic

When you walk into the kitchen of someone who claims to eat healthy, you are sometimes surprised at what you find when you open the refrigerator. We can see that many people are still trapped by the advertising slogans of the big brands that are supposedly always working for our good health. But the foods that the official health system declares to be healthy are very often disastrous both in terms of their nutritional content and the harmful effects they have on the body.

Cool in the fridge, it's common to findsoy milk or even veggie burgers made from tofu. Remember that unfermented soybeans can be harmful from a hormonal point of view. We also discover biscuits and whole grain bread, while it is now known that this type of cereal, most of which contain gluten, promotes inflammation, intestinal permeability and consequently generate serious physiological diseases, but also mental and emotional disorders. The apple or orange juice "with pulp" contain citric acid that promotes aluminum penetration into the brain, added fructose that raises triglyceride levels, or pork gelatin as additives. In addition, these beverages are contained in tetrabricks with Bisphenol A on the inside.

Perhaps there will be prepackaged "diet" dinners, margarine or a lighter cooking fat to help the diet. These fats are a real disaster because of their contribution of unassimilable and atherogenic "trans" fatty acids (which promote fatty deposits in the arteries). These products are next to low-fat dairy or ice cream or rice cakes or "appetite suppressant" bars, treats authorized by the nutritionist. These supposedly beneficial slow sugars cause massive insulin surges and in the long term, risks of hypoglycemia or insulin resistance or even diabetes. You will also see protein drinks or other "energy" drinks in which sugars are replaced by very toxic sweeteners (aspartame, ace-sulfame K). In these drinks, which are supposed to provide energy, or in low-fat desserts, sugar is often replaced by low-grade soy, corn and canola oils. These oils are the most genetically tampered with, the most treated with Roundup type pesticides, when they are not hydrogenated...

All of these people are acting in good faith. They really think they're going to lose weight or be healthier.

They unfortunately don't realize that it is precisely this type of food that sabotages their perpetual dieting efforts. In fact, all these substances are hormone and endocrine disruptors that disrupt the deep functions of the body and that in the long run lead to terrible diseases such as diabetes, heart problems, autoimmune diseases and cancers.
