Hair loss? Our healthy and natural solution

Fall has arrived and we can see the trees slowly losing their leaves as the weeks go by and ending up completely bare as winter approaches. This natural phenomenon is quite normal and we should therefore not worry too much when, at the same time, our hair falls out more and more.

Yet, every time this season approaches, the same great panic returns. Indeed, the loss can sometimes be spectacular and frightening, even more so if the fall continues over the weeks. Some women - or men - see handfuls of hair disappear with each brushing and washing. Fall is a time to rest and take time for ourselves. Unfortunately, the active life forbids us to do so and we become weakened: fatigue, stress, decrease of the immune system, etc. The consequences are there for the hair: a devitalization, a fatigue, a lack of form.

Although there is no need to worry - unless the hair loss lasts for a long time - it is not pleasant to lose volume and mass in your hair. If you have any doubts about premature baldness or hair loss, a medical opinion is essential to diagnose a probable medical problem. In a normal case of seasonal hair loss, we can reduce the consequences of the change of seasons, by aromatherapy thanks to a very adapted essential oil:

St. Thomas Bay Oil - Pimenta Racemosa.

This essential oil is native to Jamaica and is part of the myrtaceae family in botany. Although its properties are mainly antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiviral on health in general, it can be used in natural beauty for hair care. St. Thomas Bay Oil promotes hair growth, tones the scalp, fights dandruff and strengthens the hair. It is mainly due to its activity on the scalp that its effects are so beneficial.

The oil of Bay of St. Thomas being irritating in a pure state on the skin, one used it in dilution, ideally in a neutral base: A shampoo. Avoid shampoos with silicones, chemical flavors and other ingredients that are harmful to your hair and your health. Choose a neutral, fragrance-free shampoo that is ideal for your sensitive scalp.

I prepare my cure shampoo:

In a 100 ml bottle of shampoo, add 4 to 6 drops of Bay de St.Thomas essential oil and mix. Depending on your skin tolerance to this oil, you can add more or less drops. Each person will be able to adapt his shampoo according to his needs.

Leave your shampoo on for about 10 minutes before rinsing.

Its very strong odor could easily be compared to clove oil and it could put many people off. But rest assured, after rinsing your shampoo, no odor will linger on your hair. Nevertheless, this smell can be very appreciated, according to the taste of each one.

The indispensable little extra.

For a complete natural cure, I also invite you to use a rosemary hydrosol as a rinse. Indeed, the latter also has a tonic action of the scalp and will then help all the more to reduce the fall fall. Its energizing side will bring extra support to your tired hair.

On a daily basis

As with everything, it is important to adopt a healthy lifestyle that is adapted to the seasons. You can of course, in addition to a healthy diet, supplement naturally with remineralizing plants such as horsetail or nettle as well as with silica, a trace element essential to the health and beauty of the skin and hair.
