Tired of being in pain, tired of not knowing what you are suffering from?

Tired of being in pain, tired of not knowing what you are suffering from? Has this back pain been haunting you for weeks, months or even years? Whether it is chronic or acute, punctual or recurrent, joint pain can destroy an entire life, so great is its disabling potential. Morning, noon, evening, and sometimes even night, some people suffer continuously from joints and must live a daily rhythm of suffering and discomfort.

The reflex is automatic: anti-inflammatories, corticoids, painkillers, creams, infiltrations or pills, physiotherapy or osteopathy consultations, the treatments to relieve your back are numerous and often taken lightly. But before embarking on any medication, wouldn't it be better to analyze exactly the source of the problem?

Arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, lumbago, hernia, scoliosis, torticollis, so many words that we often place on ailments that do not correspond to our reality. Therefore, the treatments taken are useless, useless and sometimes dangerous.

Arthritis

Let's look more specifically at the different types of arthritis, which are part of the inflammatory mechanisms. Very often the joint and the synovial fluid are affected.

  • Infectious arthritis, which is caused by microbes, viruses and other agents outside the body, such as germs. These come together on a single defined joint and therefore we can call it mono-arthritis.
  • Microcrystalline arthritis is caused by an accumulation of tiny uric acid crystals inside the joints. The attacks can be very painful, accompanied by swelling.
  • Autoimmune arthritis caused by the disharmony of the immune system (the immune system destroys itself).

Unfortunately, it is possible to go even further in the classification of pain:

  • Rheumatoid arthritis is a very painful type of arthritis that affects several parts of the body such as the hands, feet, wrists, knees that quickly swell, become deformed over time and become painful, sometimes preventing certain movements. This autoimmune disease mainly affects women from the age of 40 onwards - although unfortunately it can occur at any age.
  • Ankylosing spondylitis affects men between 15 and 35 years old more easily than women. This type of inflammatory rheumatism affects the joints of the pelvis and the spine. A pain corresponding to sciatica is a warning sign and it is therefore necessary to be very vigilant when monitoring these symptoms. In fact, it is a progressive disease that unfortunately worsens over the months, installing stiffness up to ankylosis of the spine, hips, knees and even shoulders.

The overview given here is of course for informational purposes. A full diagnosis should be made by a competent physician who will perform the necessary tests.

These so-called inflammatory diseases are very often treated by allopathic medicine, which will try to calm and reduce the pain. Nevertheless, these heavy and chronic treatments damage the organism because of the numerous side effects. The most affected organ is often the stomach, whose mucous membrane is completely destroyed.

By consulting a practitioner of natural medicine such as a naturopath, he or she will be able to advise you on a new adapted lifestyle as well as various supplements that will allow you, in agreement with your traditional doctor, to gradually reduce the doses of your treatment. A new life could be yours if you choose the right path, the right therapy.
