Ginger's aphrodisiac properties are found in both the rhizome and the extract. Ginger essential oil is a tonic for the body. 

It stimulates the regulation of metabolic functions, including sexual function. It is particularly recommended for men in cases of fatigue, sexual dysfunction or in the treatment of andropause.

Powerful damiana essential oil 

Damiana is a shrub used in traditional South American pharmacopoeia. 

Damiana essential oil is particularly renowned for its aphrodisiac virtues. The advantage of this EO is that it acts on both the physical and psychological spheres. 

A massage with an oil containing a little Damiana brings renewed energy to the sexual organs. It also helps combat the stress and low morale that come with a sexual breakdown. 

Extremely powerful, Damiana essential oil must be used in very low doses.

A massage oil should therefore contain no more than 2 drops of EO per 30 ml of oil.vegetable oil.

It should not be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women, or those with a family history of breast cancer. An overdose can have narcotic or neurotoxic effects, or lead to epileptic seizures.

Essential oil recipes for an aphrodisiac massage

Bergamot Mint essential oil is an excellent tonic, while Hô wood is euphoric. Bergamot Mint EO should only be used externally, and is forbidden to pregnant and breast-feeding women and children under 12. 

Hô wood essential oil should not be applied to children under 3 years of age or to women who have been pregnant for less than 3 months. Both essential oils are rich in linalool and may therefore be allergenic.

It is for external use only and must not be applied to children, pregnant or breast-feeding women. It may also cause allergies.
