Youth is also preserved through food

Health-conscious people know that healthy food helps maintain an optimal weight, provides nutrients and energy to the body, and helps maintain health.

Eating healthy foods and ensuring quality nutrition may seem burdensome and expensive to some, but isn't it worth it since it has long been known that you are what you eat?

The costs "invested" in the purchase of healthy food and kitchen equipment, respectful of health and the environment, will undoubtedly be regained in the long term, and this, as much in time, as in energy or as much as in money by avoiding running from doctor to doctor, from clinic to hospital or from pharmacy to pharmacist; all this in the end only to poison one's life and body.

The bad choices made in relation to food or lifestyle will only have harmful effects on health after many years, but know that it will take at least as much time, if not more, to erase these years of "junk food" and the health problems that will result from it. Faced with this growing reality, why wait and put off the deadline? Let's start making good food and cooking arrangements now.

Here's a quick summary about 7 very beneficial foods to easily incorporate into your daily menus.

1°) The first food mentioned by many researchers on this list, is none other than a protein. Why a protein, you may ask?

Simply because it has been shown to increase body glutathione levels. Glutathione itself is known to increase or maintain telomere integrity. This notion of genetics may be a bit complicated but it is essential to understand how glutathione and proteins are essential to slow down the aging process.

The telomere is the end of the chromosomes and therefore the strands of DNA in any cell. This part of the DNA plays a protective role at the cellular level since it contains genetic information essential to the functioning of the cell. Unfortunately, telomeres shorten with age, inflammation and stress and therefore no longer fulfill this protective role. And studies have shown that short telomeres are associated with a higher risk of age-related diseases. Some theories present this progressive shortening of telomeres as a possible cause of senescence and certain degenerative diseases.

When the telomere becomes really short, the cell considers this as an abnormality of its DNA, it will block the growth or the fusion of two chromosomes which are in any case unrepairable alterations that cause the death of cells. Telomeres are often victims of glutathione deficiency leading to excess free radicals, both of which are an open door for disease.

By providing the body with foods that replenish the glutathione reserves that protect telomeres, it seems that we can truly reverse this aging process. Glutathione cannot be ingested directly. It is manufactured inside the cells from precursor amino acids (glycine, glutamate, cystine).

The good news is that you can actually increase your glutathione levels through simple dietary measures such as eating animal protein or eggs, which contain sulfur-containing amino acids that allow your cells to synthesize glutathione.

In the eyes of several scientists, it would be the lactalbumin protein (present in whey) which would be the most efficient from a cellular point of view. The only thing you have to make sure of is that it is of high quality and is made from milk from cows raised in a natural and organic way.

2°) Eggs are also considered a food of choice for health conservation.

Their richness is as follows:

- 9 essential amino acids,

- 6 grams of natural protein of the highest quality,

- 2 nutrients just for your eyes: lutein and zeaxanthin,

- choline, essential for the optimal functioning of the brain and the cardiovascular system.

- natural vitamin D with indispensable multiproperties.

Of course, it is recommended to choose real farm eggs from free-range hens and natural feed.

Abandon the belief that eggs raise cholesterol levels, this is misinformation. It has long been proven that eggs contain both cholesterol promoting and cholesterol lowering elements. Avoid all omega-3 enriched eggs, which come from hens fed low quality feed and most of which are already oxidized.

It is highly recommended to consume raw egg yolk. As far as white is concerned, opinions are divided. Indeed, although allergic reactions are generally caused by the transformation of certain elements by cooking, it seems that too much egg white consumed raw can lead to a deficiency in vitamin B8 (biotin) since it coupled with avidin (another substance contained in egg white) will be made unavailable.

But nature always does things right, and egg yolk has one of the highest concentrations of biotin found in nature. This abundance of biotin in the egg yolk will more than compensate for the risk of biotin deficiency. So eat the eggs raw, but in their entirety.
