Fluoride = Danger! Reduce or eliminate fluoride sources

As we now know, repeated ingestion of fluoride over the long term can lead to many health problems in adults, but also in children and unborn babies. Scientists are affirmative and deeply convinced that fluoride should not be ingested under any circumstances. It should be recommended on all baby products not to use fluoridated water for baby food.

Water fluoridation is an experiment that began some 40 years ago. Three chemicals are mainly used for water fluoridation: sodium fluoride, sodium fluosilicate and fluosilicic acid, 3 highly toxic chemical compounds, one of which has been used for a long time as a poison to kill rats. It is still found in pharmacies to kill ants and other insects.

It is obvious that the toxicity of this poison diluted in water is attenuated, but a poison remains a poison. It is known with certainty that the most effective poisons are those that are absorbed in very small quantities but in a very regular manner. It is the cumulative effect that is the most toxic, especially since the body is never able to eliminate them completely.

In order to purify your water, you should know that there are various filtration systems on the market today, but not all of them are able to remove all the toxins and fluoride. The most efficient filters are those with reverse osmosis. Fortunately, most European countries are not yet affected by this water fluoridation. It is mostly practiced in the United States, Canada and England. This does not prevent us from purifying our water as much as possible, because it is loaded with many other toxins.

Another daily source of fluoride that we don't think about is the daily or twice daily use of toothpaste and fluoridated mouthwash products. Fortunately, there are now more and more fluoride-free toothpastes and oral antiseptics.

It is often not known that beverages and industrial food are manufactured, treated or processed with fluoride or fluoridated water.

Some black teas, soy-based baby food formulas and breakfast cereals contain fluoride particles, which are an excellent preservative used in many industrial foods. From a more general point of view, for food it is anyway preferable to go for organic products in order to avoid additives and any pesticide residues.

Some allopathic drugs, especially antidepressants, contain fluorine derivatives. For the record, Mediator, a diabetes drug marketed in France since 1975 and withdrawn from the market in November 2009, is none other than a fluoride derivative.

It should be noted that the fluoride used for all these purposes is nothing more than a waste product of toxic gases emitted by the phosphate fertilizer industry and other fertilizing products used for about 100 years. What a wonderful recycling!
